I just completed Liquid Lightning’s 3-day cleanse, and it was a game-changer! Unlike typical juice cleanses, this program focuses on nourishment, not deprivation. The bone broth was comforting, the cold-pressed juices were packed with energy-boosting ingredients, and the Sweet Dreams Moon Mylk was the perfect way to wind down at night.

Can't believe how good I feel.

The amazing thing about this cleanse is that you have the broth to start and end your day meaning you have something hot twice during the day. So much better than just a simple juice cleanse, I didn't have any headaches or brainfog. Can't wait to do it again! Feel like a new human.
